I agree, chicken soup, or even a chicken bouillion cube in hot water will help... think I'll have some now!

I hope you're feeling better soon. If your throat keeps being really sore, or it looks very red or has white spots on it, get yourself to the doctor somehow, it could be strep.

I usually take that Airborne stuff at the first sign of illness and I normally don't get a full blown cold or flu. Also, probiotics are fantastic at boosting the immune system. I have my daughter on those daily because she was always getting sick. She has not gotten sick ONCE since we started her on those three months ago, despite hanging out with others who were sick. It's around $15 for a month's supply (we use the Probaclac brand, Adult Probiotic, found it at Walmart.
