Shinja, how long do those keep blooms where you live? It is about time for us to start loosing all the flowers and leaves. Fall is in the air.

| A copperhead?!?!? As in snake?????? Where in the world do you live? Are you near the dessert or woods? Good grief, I would be freaking out seeing something like that in the road, not to mention running over it!!!!!! Thankfully, though I live in Texas(D/FW citified area), I have never seen a snake on or near the road! In all my/our travels across the state, never a snake. Aren't copperhead's really really dangerous? Have you seen them before around where you live?

BTW, I do totally freak out. Just ask Lisa and Michelle. Yes copperheads are dangerous. They are poisonous. I hate them! One of the disadvantages of living where I do.

Cottonmouths (water moccasins) scare me almost as much as copperheads.

ok... the power of the written word I thought you were saying the copperhead snake was IN your car when you killed it. I was visualizing you going to your car ... opening the door .. and there was this snake and you had to kill it!!! Rhonda of the wild We have snakes, bugs as big as horses(and some fly),gators, crocs (yes... one of the few places in the world that have both... lucky aren't I?????) you name it we have it... but as long as "it" is outside. We also have beauty.. flowers, birds and of course YORKIES I will have to post pictures of some other flowers and our neighborhood birs... peacocks!

| Oh, McheleM, I know they tooooooo well are here around and I know I'm one lucky lady never to have had to see one in person! Being a city girl helps but even on trail rides or Texas prairie picnics under the stars around the campfire or all the traveling in/out of U.S., - never had to actually see other than a garden snake. I pray I can continue to live in this enchanted bubble for the rest of my days!!!!!!
