You guys are awesome, thank you all so much for your support in this difficult time....I went to the mortgage guy (looked just like Darren from bewitched, so was hard to concentrate cuz I kept trying to twitch my nose) anyways....he said "I don't see any reason you won't get this loan, you've paid all your debt and your credit score is much better than you thought, there is no reason to believe you won't get it" WORD FOR WORD, I was in shock....!!!! I didn't think I could get a house without my soon to be ex...I'm very proud of me!!!!

Thanks again and keep the good thoughts and prayers coming, I still need them!! (((((hugs)))))

Your post makes me think you're having some fab highs, and some very painful lows. Regarding the former, I want to say YAY for you! On the latter, I want to say I hope you get thru the rough stuff without too many bruises.
