You guys are awesome, thank you all so much for your support in this difficult time....I went to the mortgage guy (looked just like Darren from bewitched, so was hard to concentrate cuz I kept trying to twitch my nose) anyways....he said "I don't see any reason you won't get this loan, you've paid all your debt and your credit score is much better than you thought, there is no reason to believe you won't get it" WORD FOR WORD, I was in shock....!!!! I didn't think I could get a house without my soon to be ex...I'm very proud of me!!!!
