| My son had his wisdom teeth pulled in August.... all four were impacted.. (two still under gums completely... growing sideways). He looked and felt pretty bad the first day after the surgery... but he survived. He did have some numbness by his chin for about two months that they were concerned about (thought they hit a nerve).... but it cleared up once the sockets completely healed. I had one wisdom tooth pulled out less than a year ago... it was fully thru... just like a tooth pulling... no problem... I have more of a problem with the novicane wearing off... that part hurts my face for some reason.... If the wisdom teeth are thru the gums you should have less of a problem. Hope all goes well!!!

| I had mine pulled, I had to be knocked out for it. It wasn't as bad as I thought, But I sure played it right. I got flowers and didn't have to cook for a week. My husband thought I needed to rest Good Luck!!!! Ice Cream is a MUST!
