I second LilSis, living in South Florida we are very lucky to have access to fresh local fish. I never really liked fish much as a kid, but now I love it, probably because it's not frozen

I can get fresh catfish (not my fav) and crappie. I love crappie as it is more of a white meat fish. However, tilapia, salmon, Mahi Mahi, etc, all are frozen. And if your get from Walmart most is from China from what I am reading.

After reading, I am thinking my DH being a hunter is a good thing. And maybe I better learn to like some of the animals he hunts. He hunts deer and turkey mainly. I just have never been a fan. However, my Yorkies love the deer meat! lol
