I don't have a Kindle, I have a Nook, however, lately I have gone back to buying actual books. While I love my Nook, I kind of miss the feeling of holding a book and turning pages and all that.

Wedding Cake for Breakfast is a wonderful book so far. I'm about halfway through, and the essays are both touching and humorous. One of them was about couple who got married in NY the day before 9/11. The first few days and weeks of their marriage were a real challenge. This is one of those books that I don't want to put down!

Not sure if I will read Beck next or finish off the Fifty Shades trilogy.

What type of file does the Nook accept? I have tonssss...of books lol

I also love reading actual books. My hubby sometimes tells me "what did I buy you the Kindle for?" lol

I finished both Of Mice and Men and The Great Gatsby. Now working on Hunger Games.

I have no idea what kind of files my Nook accepts...LOL. I always just buy directly from B&N.

I started the Fifty Shades trilogy on the Nook, so I will probably finish it there, but I am all about buying actual books again.

This is the second time I've read this book.
It's not working.

Me too! Love the feel of holding a real book and looking at a real paper page.

I'm currently reading "A Place Of Secrets" by Rachel Hore.

There is nothing like reading an actual book to me! They smell good, they feel good & sitting down to open up those pages is always a little thrill.
