| Thanks everyone!! I'm doing good about not gaining weight either. I'm not losing any yet like I am planning, but diet and exercise is keeping me from gaining while I quit. I will start losing soon. |

| Venting to my yorkietalk supporters. I woke up feeling so down today that I called into work sick. Not sure if it's part of a quitting emotional roller coaster or just the stress from work getting to me. (I deal with a lot of crap fro,m ppl all day at work). Anyway. I'm off to go run some stress off. Just venting. Happy Wednesday!!! |

| LoL! Thanks! I was all sad when I woke up. It was my friends funeral today. I didn't realize it at the time, but maybe subconsciously that was getting to me. |
