You are doing great. My husband is also quitting and it at 2 weeks. He is using an e-cig. My son and his girlfriend quit and in July it will be a year.

I am so encouraged for you. Hang tough and really get out and go walking or shopping or something if you feel an especially strong urge. Do what it takes to stay busy and distracted from thinking about it.

Congrats gidgetsmom. I admire anyone who could do it without help. I tried and I would literally pace the house!

You are the greatest for doing this! Fabulous news! I'll bet your lungs and body are beginning to change inside and getting rid of a lot of junk. I'm so proud of you!!! You are getting healthy! Thumbs up!
