Nope, but this situation was specific to someone else getting upset.

My feelings are as long as the person it's about isn't upset then it's a nonissue.

I was livid when someone (Kelli Collier) posted my personal FB information in another forum....then again it wasn't for any reason other than to put my real name, email addy and phone number available to people with devious intentions. Not to mention sharing information about the number and age of children in my home etc. People are creepy and weird.

I was also upset when Elvis' breeder (rehomer whatever) put my daughter's email addy, my emails addy and my real name on here, my aunt's name/contact information on here when the person who violated my Fb information contacted her to get on here also to be malicious...there was no reason for her (Elaine Shelborne) to do it other than malicious intentions.

Thankfully Admin removed it when I requested.

Not everyone has restraining orders against psycho ex's though either and feels the need to safeguard their current personal contact information, or in some cases is in some way involved with law enforcement and stays unlisted everywhere unless some genius put their information on the web directly.

Nevertheless if anyone wanted to post about something that they know is going on with Conceretgurl well if I don't like that I shouldn't have made it available to them-however I think it's also different when someone is simply trying to do something out of kindness.

There was nothing personal posted. If someone posted full names and contact information then I would say it is out of line.

I don't know her, but i know the difference from right and wrong- this is ridiculos, I let it go- but people are still posting! We can all thank Steve for this. He apparently wanted to start something more.

Actually the way I see it, you should have kept quiet. Steve looked to this community for support. He did NOT make it personal...you did.

I don't know you...and have no axe to grind with you or anyone else. I responded in a way that I deemed appropriate without pointing any fingers....but, for people to act like he exposed someone is so out of line imho. A first name and a user ID?

I hope he closes this thread so that you all can find another "cause".

Let's look at this another way....Steve and a few of us who know Lissette personally have said that she would not have a problem with what he posted.

I would think that would ease the minds of people who were concerned, instead of irritating them more.

Do we really need to become that politically correct and inpersonal on here. If her full name, address, phone # were given out I can see cause for alarm but not when just her 1st name is given. Anyone who is just reading on here or hasnt been on here very long dont know who Lissette is anyway it was more for long time members and close friends

Why do people post things on FB? It's because they want people to know. And no, I don't consider the news of the death of someone's parent to be the same as posting someone's personally identifiable information. It's much more important and shouldnt be trivialized to the point of even remotely comparing it to making the other info public.

IMO, this went wrong when someone took it upon themselves to tell another poster that
they were put of line and that they should think about what they do next time. As far as
I am concerned, the ONLY person who can say it was out of line is Lissette. Unless and until she does, I will take the word of people who actually DO know her (both in person and on FB) and believe that she would see nothing wrong with the info being shared.

I am requesting that admin close this. Never meant it to get out of hand or cause such a fuss. I did what I did, and would do it again for anyone of my friends. Fortunately we can all chose our friends. Yes, there are several here that I would not want to eat dinner with, but I would still pull them out of the water if they were drowning.
