One of the neat things about this iComfort one is that if it ends up getting craters in it (and you "shouldn't" so they say), once the crater is an inch deep, they replace the mattress. I can live with that.

Yeah, we were good about flipping ours too, it's a plush top, pillow tops aren't suppose to be flipped, because the pillow is only on one side. Part of my problem is I lay really close to the side so Joey has more room, and I don't think the sides were made for this. However the topper we bought really makes the sides firm again. Anyway, no backache in the morning is how I can tell if it's working.

Yeah, must be plush top because it's on both sides. Seriously, the craters in our mattress are ridiculous! The egg crate foam mattress topper we put on it worked for a little while but not anymore. Really can't wait to try out this new mattress.

Sterns anf Foster pillow top...both sides so when you flip it you still have the pillow top. Love it

I just don't see the point of a 25 year warranty...who keeps a mattress that long??? When you think of the number of hours that you log on it per year, I don't expect them to last beyond 7-10 years max.

But the point is they offer it. The first 15 years are non-prorated but the next 10 years you would have to pay a small portion. My biggest concern is the craters like we have on our's now but they say this one won't do that. But if it does in the next 15 years, we get a new one. After 15, I would probably replace it.
