| Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Even if the tests come back normal from neurology, I would still ask for a referral. It took a long time to get a handle on my pain and I got passed from surgeon to surgeon until one of them decided to refer me out. After that, it was still a bit of trial and error until we found the best combination of medications and nerve ablation treatments that gave me the most effective, long lasting relief.

| I have a chronic pain condition and another acute but can barely take my pain medication. I have never been able to increase it over the years - just the opposite - have to take less now just so I don't feel so woozie in the head. I am just a little afraid of that feeling in my head when I start to feel it so I just hurt like heck a lot. The bad way alcohol and pain rx make me feel make me wonder how anyone can ever take enough to die from it. People are all so different I guess is the answer. But all that stuff scares me to death.

| Thank you! Actually I havent had that kind of pain for like 3 or 4 weeks now so like I said its sporadic. When it does get bad its terrible but then there are times that it is just an irritating type of pain so Im just interested in the results from nneurology for now

| Family's doctor is speculation that alcohol withdrawal may have killed her. Report: Amy Winehouse's Family Believes Alcohol Withdrawal Led to Her Death - The Famous - omg! on Yahoo I also heard this on the AM radio. A small percentage of people who abuse alcohol so severely when they go cold turkey, the withdrawal symptoms are so bad, the body can't handle it. In a few weeks we will find out the toxicology reports and see if she died from this or from an OD.

| Forgot to add that some of the symptoms from severe withdrawals can include respiratory illness, hallucinations, I think they also said heart failure?

| Yes I agree. I kind of don't want the results to come in that she was clean in a way, but then in a way I do, bc she was trying to clean up, and for this to happen. The report I heard said her doctors warned her not to quit cold turkey bc of her extreme abuse of drugs and alcohol, but bc of her addictive personality, she said it was all or nothing.

| Won't we know when the toxicology reports come back? It's not withdrawal if there are drugs in her system.
