Witnessed a crime outside of my window last night :(

where to make a long story short this man was walking these two huge dogs, he told me they were friendly, then all of a sudden they started pulling towards Teddy and then started fighting EACH OTHER and then the owner stopped them and started SMACKING THEM in front of me. Well...I just took Teddy outside to walk him and I saw these two huge dogs start barking growling and pulling towards Teddy...they pulled the owner about 2 feet closer to Teddy before the owner restrained them...it was the woman I saw get dragged outside of my window the other night...she lives with that guy that I saw beat up those dogs...I just turned around and went back inside my apartment...

I read your other thread about what happened. I think I would trust Teddy's judgement (the way he laid down instead of going up to greet them) and keep quite a bit of distance between yourself/Teddy and those dogs/their owners. I would be afraid the dogs have been treated aggressively and have become aggressive because of the treatment.

There was another screaming match outside last night again. Somebody else called the cops but they were done and inside the apt by the time the police got here *as usual*. Well, today I saw a moving truck in front of their apartment building...looks like they're leaving ...

Does it look like both of them are leaving or did she finally decide she's had enough? I hope she's getting out. So sorry you were up w the screaming match again last night. That has to be upsetting to listen to.

I honestly can't tell. But I looked up my address on spotcrime.com and there are at least 5 sitings for disorderly contact here and like I've said...it's just a lot of retired/elderly folks living here so it's possible that all the disorderly contact sitings are for them...I *think* i'm not sure...that the landlord can evict them if they've had the police called on them a certain number of times? I can't be sure.
