My "new" job is lots of hard work and very stressful.....so relaxing is something I have had to work hard on lately!

BUBBLEBATHS are a must! Oh yeah, girl never underestimate a bubble bath. And light a candle or two, or read a book while in the bath and you an even put in some lavendar bath salts that will really help.

Eli also helps me relax by rubbing my back and shoulders when I'm tense.

Sully helps me relax by licking my face and cheering me up

Hi Megan ! my favorite stress reducer was walking my yorkie by the beach or playing fetch or mini tug-o-war. god willing i will be able to do that soon when i find my new forever pup.
for now when i need to get away i treat myself to a day of bigo & window shopping at foxwoods casino!

I go to the beach and look at the ocean or I lie on the couch and look into the fire (we have a burnstove).

I so envy those of you who have tubs - Danish homes don't have them for the most part since water is very expensive in Denmark. I LOOOOVE bubblebaths with candles and soft music

EDIT: I also looove to spoon, I can stay in Thomas' arms forever
