| I hope it's okay that I joined the Skinny Yorkie club. I had a mirror be "mean" to me about 2 years ago and have been on a mission ever since with exercise and eating right. Paid off, last fall I actually bought new jearns for the first time in a year and I went down 2 sizes. Mirrors = good motivators.

| Yes....mirrors and cameras...the few times I have been caught on a video...when I saw the video, both times I was upset and lost 20 lbs. right after. Working out at the gym and Weight Watchers on Wed. night are helping me...I'm pushing hard right now, my son is getting married in 6 weeks!
