Hope this don't alarm you, but some of the things you have described could be related to high blood sugar..... it wouldn't hurt to have it (blood work) checked. (tired, tingling, bathroom issues, "feel like your going to fall off a ladder", and being "super thirsty".)

The tingling is due to dehydration. Be sure you get plenty of fluids to replace what you are loosing. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
