| Daylight Savings here again - groan! Daylight Savings Time again! How do you adjust yourself to the loss of the hour's sleep? Whatever I do, I just can't make it up and seem to just drag around for a couple of weeks afterward. Any tips for the sleep-deprived out there? |

| I hate Spring ahead . . I'd rather have another Fall back . . .lol Seriously, it takes a long time for my body to adjust . . .I had a really bad sleeping night last night with tons of stuff on my mind and now I'm going to lose an hour sleep tonight . . .then back to work on Monday . . . Maybe I'll go out and get some pixie sticks or some other form of sugar candy to keep me going . . .

| I love the longer evenings, but I hate losing an hour of sleep. I suppose we'll have to try going to bed earlier. I tried last night and was awake from 3-5! Kacee doesn't adjust to the time changes easily. I have noticed it throws her off balance for a week or so.

| I wish they would just leave it alone. I have had a hard time sleeping through the night anyway since I had knee replacement surgery on both knees. Sometimes the pain is still bad enough I just get up and then I am so tired during the day. My sleep pattern is all messed up. |

| I hate it! It doesnt get dark here in the summer untill 10. I like to go out in my backyard with the lights on and we are going to have lights on in our koi pond and Im never gonna see them because I go to bed before 10. Plus I hate trying to go to sleep while its still light out and also kids will be outside playing ball and stuff because its still light out and I cant get to sleep.
