Cup Daylight Savings here again - groan!

Daylight Savings Time again! How do you adjust yourself to the loss of the hour's sleep? Whatever I do, I just can't make it up and seem to just drag around for a couple of weeks afterward. Any tips for the sleep-deprived out there?
