| If you PMS THAT bad that you are throwing up I'd see your doctor... they can probably help you with some of the worser symptoms. Hey, I found working out your abs (crunches) are amazing at making cramps go away. I don't mean you should start today but when you are done this month, try doing 30-50 crunches a day, every day... watch your cramps fade away to nothing! WINE sounds GREAT to me right now!

YT Addict | A glass of wine and dog cuddles later... We were all just joking around and I took your rants just as mine. Then while everyone was joking that I was young and had "real problems" to look forward to and when I joked back with the "biddy" thing suddenly I was the bad guy. The bad guy that was trying to make light of a very painful situation while it was being belittled in each new post. I guess I didn't realize how much I needed get well wishes until I got them. Thank you. To those suggesting I see my doctor, I have and we have talked at length about my options. I am prescribed a very heavy narcotic but I try to get by without it. Thank you for the get well wishes and sorry I kind of blew up, friends?

| Men don't have it easy!Who do you think has to deal with your mood swings every month? You know no matter what,it's always our fault. It's all worth it though,I love everything about women, the way they look, the way they feel, the way they smell,so,dealing with the craziness once a month I guess is the price we have to pay.

| You all are going to hate me, but it's not that bad! A little bloat, and a few back aches for a few days, then VIOLA! All better. Now all the other stuff discussed in this thread is scary scary. I'm staying away from all that as long as I can.

| Yeah you'd all hate me too! Actually compared to the PMS, the actual week OF is a piece of cake! I PMS soooo bad sometimes... I get VERY cranky and snappy and moody. I can't stand myself, nevermind anyone else. By the time I actually get it, I'm more relieved because my mood instantly changes back to normal happy me! LOL

I find it ironic that this all went down on National Womans Day :P I was joking with a friend who also suffers from endo that we should form a support group for our poor boyfriends. It kills mine to watch me cry in pain and not be able to do anything about it. Every person that has been there when it hits me has tried to take me to the hospital. Today I'm doing much better. Thank you
