I've loved to hate Russell since his first season. I'll probably miss him, but I'm glad he's gone. What I hate about him is his attitude from the beginning has been "I'm great, and everybody else is a moron." Rob's attitude is just "I'm great, and a couple of the others are morons."

I don't think Russell stands a chance on Redemption Island unless he somehow tricks people into throwing the competitions. Or finds immunity idols.

But....that does not mean a person plays the game best. It always cracks me up when people think that smiling in a person's face while stabbing them in the back is better than sticking a knife in the heart.

If I were on the jury and had my choice between the two, I would opt for the one who stabs in the heart.

I am so angry! I did my best to avoid this thread because I haven't watched the latest episode. Today I was driving home with the radio on and they casually revealed who was voted out last night. Grrrrr!

Russell is a excellent player...he will go down in survivor history...Survivor is a social game, you have to be able to play people and respect there game and smile while throwing the knife. And you know as well as I do..when you meet someone with an attitude like Russells...They automatically become a target.

Actually he's the first survivor to ever be charged with leaking spoilers. His name wouldn't have come out, but he tried to impliment an innocent contestant.

Ealy says he revealed Hantz to be his source for spoilers "because of his attitude about the whole thing, and because Russell tried to implicate another player [as the leak], an innocent player, who wasn't giving information. I don't think we have seen the last of Russell back at camp. How about you? Maybe they will send him to the other tribe. I don't think there is going to be only one person sent back from Redemption Island.

You never know...they do control it in ways that benefit the show. I am thinking the duel might be Russell friendly? Just a hopeful thought. I still would love to see a Russell/Rob alliance. It could come to that. Then again, next week could be the end of Russell.
