I am not a big rock fan but I love Rod Steward, John Mellancamp and the Bee Gees to name a few.

I am looking forward to hearing the girls sing tonight.

Bee Gees were too mellow but they were ok...John Mellancamp is ok and a few others! But I loves me some rockers!!

I understand what you mean. I am a bit older than you and never got into the real hard loud rock. I like mellow.

I know what you mean, I was raising kids at the time and needed mellow, the Carpenters were my favorite rock group! As I'm getting older, I'm learning about all the groups I missed.

Same here. I was raised around country music and some of the earlier rock (Elvis, Beatles, Beach Boys, etc). My husband is a big time Karen Carpenter fan. I just don't like any really loud music with lots of screaming.

Lol, I was lucky that I had two girls and they were pretty quiet most of the time.

Did you watch the girls preform last night? I was disappointed. I wish they didn't need an even number of guys and girls. It was hard to choose only 5 guys and it was hard to find 5 girls that I liked. Maybe it was the songs they picked but I didn't see anyone I thought was unique. I tend to agree with Randy's opinion. I don't think he's rude like Simon, but he isn't afraid to say it didn't sound good.

I wasn't impressed with most of the guys have 2 favs with the guys the country singer and Paul and 4 favs with the girls Haley, Lauren and Pia and Thia
