I liked James' personality and story better than Scottie James frequently hit sharp or flat notes as do the girls. I figure Scottie to win this competition.

Fortunately after this is all over I won't have to watch his eyebrows going up and down as he sings out of the corner of his mouth. The limp wrist is even getting tiresome.

Who do I now want to win? ...... Lauren. Haley's attitude ruined it for me. And I don't think Lauren is a fake I just don't think she can act as well as the others. And they all have been acting for the supposedly candid stuff.

At least they know for next time. Randy did a poor job of showing the new judges the ropes. Don't get me wrong, I love them both but this was their 1st go at it and Steven and Jennifer are all heart. I feel like they let their emotions and personal relationship with the contestants cloud their judgment and keep them from giving them any real criticism which I think in turn is the reason America got it wrong this round ..there was no real guidance for or from anyone. I didn't think I missed Simon, but I wonder how things would have differed if he was still on the show.

I am anxious to see what happens tonight. Scotty mentioned last week that he might sing a song while playing the piano. That might be interesting. I can't get as excited about it now since James was voted off. I like Scotty better than the two girls so for now he is my favorite, then Lauren, then Haley.

I recorded AI and then fast forwarded through it. It was okay. Lauren was still cute, Haley was okay, Scotty, I just can't get into and can't stand to watch. I enjoyed watching The Voice that I had recorded. Think they have more talent and a lot more fun to watch. I'm also looking forward to X Factor.
