Martha Stewart bitten by her dog

I wonder how the other two cuts (bites?) got on her face. Makes me wonder if it wasn't a bite instead of a head bump from the dog.

He bumped her with an open mouth. The cuts are perfect for that. I doubt if he was trying to bite though.
