Poor Kitty Well I have done it again. There was a stray cat in my yard so I told my daughter to feed it,,,big mistake but I cant help it I wont let an animal go hungry, the weather changed to this unreal cold we have and I could not let the animal freeze so I set up a spot in the garage for it and then hubby says to me, go get that cat out of the garage and put it in the attick until this weather gets better. I am trying to find a home for her. She is very loving and I feel so bad that she is locked in the attick but my babies are afraid of her and I already have a female cat. If anyone knows anyone that is looking for a good cat I have her and I would love to find her a home before Christmas. I do not want to take her to the animal shelter but I will have to if I can not find her a home soon. She really is a good cat, she is spayed but still has her claws, and I think she has a cold because she sneezes a lot and her eyes are watery but that is nothing to clear up. Pray that I find this baby a home. Last edited by Donnainohio63; 12-13-2010 at 08:05 PM.

| Bless your heart for taking her in and keeping her warm. Maybe someone is missing her though since she is spayed. They may be checking the shelters. If you are not going to take her to the shelter, maybe you could let them know you have her. Also, cats carry some very infectious diseases and the sneezing watery nose, and crusty eyes is a tell tale sign. She needs to see a vet, and you need to be very careful with your cat as it can be very very infectious if you cat is not vaccinated. Good luck finding her a home.

My cat stays in the Den, she never comes upstairs and these two have not seen each other. I have made flyers and posted her on Craigs list and still nothing. I called the shelter and they wont even take her, said they dont have any room....Now what do I do? I can not keep her because she is mean to my babies

Contact the vets in your area and see if anyone has reported a missing cat. My vets office has posters in the waiting area with pictures of lost or found pets. We found a husky years ago and called the vets office and left our contact information and the next day the owners called us and came to get their dog. I'm glad you took the cat in out of the cold and I hope you find her owners or a home for her. Good luck!!

My daughter did that for me today and I am going to take a picture of her to all the vets in the neighborhood tomorrow. I just pray I can find her owners or a good home soon as she is not happy being up there.
