Bless your heart for taking her in and keeping her warm. Maybe someone is missing her though since she is spayed. They may be checking the shelters. If you are not going to take her to the shelter, maybe you could let them know you have her.
Also, cats carry some very infectious diseases and the sneezing watery nose, and crusty eyes is a tell tale sign. She needs to see a vet, and you need to be very careful with your cat as it can be very very infectious if you cat is not vaccinated.
