|  Oh, the Sony E-reader Daily Edition also came with a cover for use when traveling, as well as the normal cover.

| No Longer a Member | I do love the brown color, and my co-worker got the black color, the brown is a great chocolate color and I have not noticed any fading what-so-ever (but I've only had it for 1+ ish months) I love it because it uses the Kindles energy to power the lamp, but the battery lasts so long that using it doesn't drain it too quickly. I read mostly at night in bed and recharge the battery about once a week; that's using the light attachment every night because I don't have a lamp on my nightstand, and once I get settled into bed I don't feel like getting up to turn off the overhead light  . |

| Another Kindle lover here, I have a Kindle 2 and have not bought a hardcover book in 2 years. I bought it for one reason mostly I was running out of storage for books. Also last time I was in Best Buy they had a display with all the e readers so you could compare them. BTW has anyone ever noticed how LOUD Best Buy is? Good Luck and we should start a YT Book Club I love talking with other readers and getting recommendations.

| A suggestion for all the Kindle users when buying a book you should use the Yorkie Haven Rescue link for Amazon. My understanding is YHR benefits from all Amazon sales when this link is used. | After reading about the 3 choices online last night, I finally decided to just go with all the good reviews and get the WiFi/3G Kindle. They all sounded like good choices to me and is was a tough decision. I slept on it last night and placed the order this morning.  The hardest part was next - choosing a cover!  And the BEST part - I remembered to order using YHR's Amazon link, so the pups will be helped, too. Thanks Steve and SophieKatesMom for the reminders, and for supporting YHR!!!  Thanks for all the great input everyone!

| My Kindle arrived Friday morning. I love, love, LOVE it!! This thing is fabulous. I'm not sure what all it can do yet - I downloaded a new release I've been waiting over a year to read and I've been hooked on that book all weekend...I can't put it down. Maybe when I finish the last few chapters I'll play around with the Kindle and see what else it'll do.  Thank you for all the great input!

| OK.....you guys have convinced me as well. Mom has been talking about these book readers for some time, and all the reviews seem to be pointing at this new kindle with the e-ink; so I just broke down and used the link that was provided and ordered one. | YT 2000 Club Donating Member  | Well I was so said I was all prepared to buy the Kindle and in Canada it doesn't come with wifi, apparently cause kindle hooked up with at&t or something. So I bought the Sony ereader cause you can download from many sites easily, I like the feel of it and it has a paper like look to the touch screen. I'm going to charge it up today, and load up some books on it. It's a gift for hubby. I hope he likes it.
