Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() That's how my dtr's started and they thought it was an orthopedic problem. After many tests and draining of her knees they referred her to a rheumatologist. Hopefully yours is something minor and won't progress to a chronic condition.

I cut down on sugar a lot! Most times I use Stevia instead of sugar. I rarely eat any of the foods on that list, except on Sunday I do have a couple of small roast potatoes.
