So what next? Lamb lung? Pig intestine?

Seafood is so...bleck. I try to like it, but it gives me the heeby-jeebies.:confused: I mean, I try to like fish. Forget all the other little creatures.

You really want heebie jeebies? Sea cucumber. *throws up* I double dog dare you to google it. My mom used to force feed me that when I was a kid.

Try tripas! Yum yum! I will however only eat the ones my mom cleans. If she doesn't clean them, I won't eat them.

Mmm, can I come over to your house?

Taiwanese style has them in noodles with a thick broth with ginger and oyster sauce. haven't had that in years!!! Also deep fried ones, crunchy on the outside, soft and slightly chewy on the inside.

They do fried ones in their tacos. I haven't had one since my cousin Susana was a baby, I think she's like 10 or 12 now. My uncle was real creative with the names, his wife's name is Susana too. :rolleyes:

Alright, since all of you are admitting to liking things that seem :eek::eek::eek: to me, I'll confess too. I love lamb fries!! There's a little town called Krebs, OK that's also known as Little Italy. I grew up eating in all their wonderful Italian restaurants and got hooked on lamb fries before I was told what they were. :cool:

I know :rolleyes:. Just the word "eel" gives most people the creeps. Then you pair it with food, and oy, the looks on their faces...

I agree!! It kind of has a fresh fishy oceany taste...you're right, it's hard to describe the taste, but you can add it to fish based soups, rice and noodle (pasta) dishes.;)

We have several huge mega Asian markets here that sell every type of food you can imagine. I was browsing around Super H Mart and saw pig ears, noses, tails, belly (I was told the belly tastes like bacon), mouths, and intestines, jellyfish (yes, I guess some people eat them), and every creature from the bottom of the ocean the you can imagine. Also goat parts, whole cow tails (or maybe them were ox tails), to name a few.
One of my students said she misses eating guinea pigs...she said they are a delicacy in Peru. On 20-20 about three or four months ago, an African market in New York was under investigation for selling monkey meat!!
With that being said, I think we'll have a nice salad for dinner.:p

Not ever shrimp. I used to like it, but nah. Deep fried walleye is okay though and so is perch.

Ok, I confess that I get the bottles of Taco Bell mild sauce from the store and drink it. But suddenly it doesn't seem so odd.:confused:
