I'm so glad to see that someone likes Uni...bc it is the only thing I've tried that I haven't liked and it shocked me that I didn't like it. I think it was not only the texture, but also the taste. But unagi...oh...heaven in the mouth.

Let's talk about meat...I don't eat it now, but you know what I miss the most? Bacon and gyros. Oh the smell of bacon. And a gyro sandwich (is that redundant?)...dipping it in the yogurty dip. Oh, hello.

I think maybe just everyone is on edge from the recent happenings in YT. However, with that being said - i have a filet mignon defrosting on the counter for dinner :D

Bacon, filet mignon, gyros..... now I'm starting to drool. Ok, I've had my normal food fix for the hour. I can deal with sushi talk again now. :)

And I also miss pepperoni pizza. And when I drive by Arby's - I FANTASIZE about their Roast Beef Sandwich w/ Arby's sauce. What the heck?

I just have to get this out then I'm done. :D Uni=peanut butter. It's a nutty sweet melt in our mouth taste, that you do NOT eat with soy sauce/wasabi. maybe that is why you didn't like it? Although, uni may be hard to get out to AZ while it's still alive, I dunno.

I had lamb shank for lunch from the indian counter at Wholesome Choice.... the best market in the world!!!!

Actually I like Arby's too. :p They have a fake gyro now, it's not bad.

Believe me, I'm in a shame spiral :p. I can't say I understand it...? But at least I admitted the grossness! I haven't eaten meat in 16 years or so...so maybe it causes bizarre meat cravings? I have no excuses. I fantasize about Arby's...it's too late for a take-back. :p
