| ![]() I used to like bare minerals and now I don't. I don't really know what happened, but all of a sudden it wasn't working for me anymore. My skin is always dry on my forehead, and not just regular dry, but like flakey dry so powders look bad. I have a question, who makes a waterproof liquid eyeliner? and I mean really water proof? I get watery eyes frequently, but I love the look of liquid liner. I've tried "waterproof" liquid and not even close. One more thing, who has had luck with mascara for thin short downward pointing asian eyelashes? I've about given up. I just wear fakes if I go out.

My eyelashes are thin and while not pointed downward...are not pointed way up or curved or anything. I swear by Lancome. You should try it....you can return it if it does not work.

MAC has an eyeliner that is absolutely waterproof..like you can put it in your eyelids..the part inside and it won't smudge or rub off at all. It's called MAC Fluid line in 'black track'.

Right now I am using Mineral powder as 'full face' coverage and i use my regular concealer which is by make up forever. I put on the concealer first, then i put on the mineral powder and kinda go over the concealer and you can't even tell. It looks all the same color. Another thing...I had the same problem as you-I used to HATE the thought of wearing foundation cause I hated that feeling of it being caked on or greasy and I tried this water based, oil free foundation by Cargo and let me tell you, it is sooo lightweight! I still love it but I switched to Laura Mercier and now to Make up Forever just because I like trying different ones. But I would totally still use Cargo, it's very light and does not feel like other foundations out there.

| ![]() I found that mineral makeup didn't work for me... It didn't offer nearly enough coverage. I've had horrible acne since I was a child and although it's more under control now, I still get breakouts and I have scarring. I use MAC for foundation, concealer, and loose powder. Plus, they're the only ones that seem to make makeup light enough for my ultra fair skin! Even mineral makeup wasn't light enough, it makes me look like a pumpkin ![]() |
