Smoke Away is all natural. It comes in pill form and you can get it at the drugstore or online. It is just a bunch of herbs, but they really do take away the cravings. Unlike the patch, you have completely gotten the nicotine out of your system in 3 days! They say to use it 3 times a day, but I did better using it 4 times a day. I kept it in my purse so I would always have it when I needed it. I think you have to really want to quit for anything to work. I had to get sick of coughing, and being out of breath all the time. And let me add I loved to smoke! I miss it still but its getting easier all the time. Good luck!

That is great. My husband quit for me over 18 years ago. My allergies were just so bad it was either that or me leave. So he loved me enough to stop. Now if I could get him to quit dipping I would be in hog heaven.

Good luck. That was the biggest reason my husband quit was because of my allergies & asthma. That nicotine is a powerful legalized drug.
