I used Smoke Away four about 4 days. You can do it! |
Congratulations :) you should be proud of yourself.... I have a question- I tried the zyban, it worked great after about 6 weeks, I got so motion sick, even walking was making me dizzy, forget about riding in a car... I stoped taking the zyban, and ended up smoking again. Is the smokeaway the same as the zyban? did you feel sick from it? I am envious of you being able to quit, I have tried at least 5 times, I am a habit/emotional smoker, huge emotional smoker... I can get through the first few days without the nicotine, but my emotions get the best of me (stress ect) Can you let me know how the program works? I really, really need to quit. Thanks, and a huge congrats to you for your sucess :) :) |
WOW Eensor thats great! what made you quit? how long have you been a smoker... |
Good for you Elizabeth! I can only imagine how difficult this is. My bf is trying to quit...again. He was a smoker when I met him, quit for months, started again, quit for a couple of years, and then started again recently. He's trying though... send some postitive non-smoking vibes his way! |

Congratulations...you've accomplished a great thing! My husband and I both quit several years ago...after a while you'll notice your food tastes better and your immune system will feel stronger, not to mention you'll smell better and save a bunch on perfume!! ;) The only time I was tempted to smoke after I quit was when I had a drink (which wasn't very often) so I fixed that too and quit drinking altogether! Good luck with your continued success! |
