Baby talk. Am I the only one....

haha! I don't have children and I am one of the "baby-talk writers" I don't even remember when it started but I think most of us do it just for fun, the same reason our babies have boyfriends and girlfriends. Most of the threads we do write are specific and I hope the title represents that so you can avoid them.

You should hear me talking to my furbabies! ehehehe Even my husband is in on it and I know we sound silly and some people find it weird(even my mom). I'm too inlove with my babies to care what people think. eehhehehe

Its cute but I only like a sentence or two anything more than that gives me a headache! I talk to my Kelsey that way in person though...I will talk for her "Mom I like when you give me kisses, or "Mommy I have to go potty hurry up" lol

I love it! Every now and then there is a word or two it takes me a minute to figure out. It never fails when I'm having a bad day there's always a post from Ms Wexy and it brightens my day! I look foward to reading those posts.

I just realized I actually talk baby talk to Chloe. Thats kinda funny cuz I started this whole thing ! Isnt it weird that when its printed its harder to understand?

And just to clarify in case I havent already- I think babytalk is super cute. I did not start this thread to offend anyone or get mad at anyone for using babytalk on here. I was just wondering if I was the only one who had trouble translating it. I just want to make sure that is clear

I always talk to my boys in baby talk!!!! Sometimes I dont even really realize I am talking that way!!! But I would be willing to bet that just about all of us on here talk to our babies the same way!!! And not even realize it too!!! hahah!!!!!! I think they understand the baby talk much better than the regular talk!!!!!
