That's great that the whole family has joined in the new eating plan. That would make it so much easier for your son to follow through and stick with healthier eating.
Diets fail, sensible for a lifetime eating won't fail it becomes a new habit. That's my theory anyway.

Congrat's to BEN and LORRIANE !! You both have done a Fantastic job. Both of you look so great. Ben, you look like a different person, and very handsome. Lorriane, you are just amazing. Keep up the great work. You are a pretty woman.. You don't look like the same person either. I am very proud of both of you!!

Both are AMAZING!! I personally know how hard it is to lose weight...actually losing isn't the hard part...it's keeping it off...I commend both for doing such a GREAT job!!

WOW! Fantastic work...all of you! I can relate as weight is a struggle I've had my entire life. It's not easy always being the one who seems to have to do three times the work to get 1/3 of the results! But you all did and that is WONDERFUL!

Congratulations, to both!

Ben, you have set the bar for a lot of young men. Doing what you did is not easy and you deserve so much praise! I have a younger brother that needs to do what you did, but I guess he has to want to. I know the Dr. visit scared you but is there something I can say to him that would motivate just as well?

Ben and Lorriane congrats to you both...it's hard work that's for sure. I, too, have a 27 year old son that has lost about 80 pounds on Weight Watchers and I lost 41 when I went through menapause. I also did it through a nutritionist. It took a while but we did it.

I also stopped all the fast food, soda, pastries, pizza. I do cheat now and then but you have to or you would go crazy. You just get right back to eating healthy and for sure have to have breakfast and exercise.

But lorreane, you rock! I'm 30 trying to loose weigth and I was about to give up but after see what you have done I just fell that I can do it too!! Thank you so much for sharing!
