| Cinamon and Honey for Fertility?? Has anyone heard of cinamon helping a womans fertility and honey helping a mans? I saw it on a little flyer that came in my ovulation tracker to take cinamon and i looked it up and apparently taking 1/2tbsp of honey and a sprinkle of cinamon helps and that 2 tbsp of honey before bed time helps a mans. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this or tried it. We are officially trying now but i'm worried it's going to be a lost cause because we've been married for 2 years and haven't used protection at all and granted we haven't planned it out 2 years is a long time with no results... But any who i just wanted to know if it's something legit. Thanks!!!!

| I've never heard of any certain foods like that helping fertility. Me and my husband tried for a year and a half, but what finally worked was getting a fertility monitor. I used the Clearblue brand. I would suggest tracking your cycles and doing ovulation tests to make sure you ovulate correctly. I liked using fertilityfriend.com.

| Never heard of that before either, but I love cinammon and honey, and so far nothing has happened . We've been trying since March and nothing, but I was on contraceptives for almost 10 years!! so, i don't think is gonna happen any time soon, but if it happens good and if it doesn't, nothing changes for us, that is how we see it. Good luck! I hope it works out for you
