 Cinamon and Honey for Fertility??
Has anyone heard of cinamon helping a womans fertility and honey helping a mans? I saw it on a little flyer that came in my ovulation tracker to take cinamon and i looked it up and apparently taking 1/2tbsp of honey and a sprinkle of cinamon helps and that 2 tbsp of honey before bed time helps a mans. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this or tried it. We are officially trying now but i'm worried it's going to be a lost cause because we've been married for 2 years and haven't used protection at all and granted we haven't planned it out 2 years is a long time with no results... But any who i just wanted to know if it's something legit. Thanks!!!! |
