| Recovering from surgery I've had 2 procedures to remove excess skin following weight loss surgery. It's been MUCH more difficult than I ever anticipated. I haven't been online and probably won't be for a while longer. Enjoy your babies everyone and when you have time, please say a little prayer that my recovery will kick itself up a notch. I'm SO tired of this!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Just prayed for you. I have a friend who had the same surgery and it's now as if it never happened and she had an enormous amount of skin off and pulled down. Keep your spirits up and know it will be okay. Best of luck!!!

| Oh you poor thing Recovery sucks, but try to stay positive and keep thinking of how much better you will look and feel without all that excess skin! I had a full hysterectomy (02)tummy tuck (06)and two breast reductions (01 and 07) and the recovery does take a while. Eating lots of lean protein and leafy greens will kick your healing up a notch, for sure! Here is a link to a site that I belong to, it's geared toward women having breast surgery, but the Healing Diet that they have there really does work for any type of surgery. I used it with all my procedures and healed SO fast! Much quicker than when I had my two babies by c-sections(88 and 95), and I was a lot younger then BreastHealthOnline Healing Diet

| Praying you are feeling better today and your recovery will be speedy and smooth! I know some days it seems it will go on forever, and then suddenly you realize it IS getting better. Hope that latter day is soon!
