Oh you poor thing Recovery sucks, but try to stay positive and keep thinking of how much better you will look and feel without all that excess skin! I had a full hysterectomy (02)tummy tuck (06)and two breast reductions (01 and 07) and the recovery does take a while.

Eating lots of lean protein and leafy greens will kick your healing up a notch, for sure! Here is a link to a site that I belong to, it's geared toward women having breast surgery, but the Healing Diet that they have there really does work for any type of surgery. I used it with all my procedures and healed SO fast! Much quicker than when I had my two babies by c-sections(88 and 95), and I was a lot younger then
