Donating YT 500 Club Member | What's the point in Twitter, does anyone know? I mean aren't there already sites out there that are just about the same thing? LOL.....since I'm a bird owner now, maybe I should join Twitter...so I can "Tweet" ....birds....that's what the term relates to for me.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I think Twitter is so popular because you can use it on phones. One thing I like about it, is I was looking at a dog abuse site, using my regular browser, and people were able to add things to the page by using twitter somehow. Normally you can't edit that page. It was like it had a "twitter announcement" feature. Anyway, they were able to add things, like "live" information, of a television program reporting animal abuse that night. So it seemed like if you wanted to inform lots of people of something happening in the next 24 hours, it would be useful. So I think normal websites will have twitter updates that give more "real time" information.

| YT is number one! YT is the first forum I ever joined and is definitely my number one addiction. I've also joined 4babytalk but there's never anyone on there! I belong to a Cane Corso forum too but the people there are not as friendly as YT members so I hardly ever log in. xxx
