Jon and Kate Plus 8.What is going on??
 

I have been a fan of this show for quite awhile but things are really starting to get crazy.They must be living with their televisions off becuz how would they explain to their kids what they are doing all over the news??Who do you think really cheated?Whats going to happen?

I think they're trying to work things out. Could you imagine what kind of life they lead? I mean, they can't go anywhere or do anything without people recognizing them, it makes it very hard on a family

Did anyone see the interview with Jodi and her brother Kevin, they threw them both under the bus!!! They said Kate is just a show off liar, she doesnt cook or clean or take care of the kids, there are nanny's house cleaners and maids , its all a farce. They said John showed up at thier house and told them Kate said it was over and no longer wanted to be married.

I used to love the show, but I really cant stand Kate and actually feel horrible for Jon the way she belittles him on the show, its aweful how she speaks to him and orders him around. Its embarrassing for him as well.
I think Jon is a great dad, he is always helping and does far more with the children then she ever does. John seems like he really wants his kids to see all the world has to offer. He cooks cleans gets the kids ready , picks them up at school, he is a wonderful dad in my opinion.
I dont like Kate, the way she speaks to the kids and her husband.
I think she is evil, she doesnt speak to her family , just cuts them out of the kids lives, same as Auntie Jodi, Beth and whom ever else gets in the way of her GREED..

Just watching / listening to Kate....about anything sh is SO FULL of herself. Everbody wants her hairstyle, her stylest is getting calls from all over the country, etc.... BUT, its not for everyone she has VERY thick....yada, yada, yada....UGH! All I see is a bunch of people making fun of it. However if that was the case she is so classless to go on and on. There was a time stylest were saying everytime Jennifer Anniston changed her hair that was the new trend they were seeing in their saolns, but Jen wasen't " tooting her own horn ".

oh how eas it must be to judge a person you see on tv and dont actually know how horrible would you feel if it was you and millions of people judged you if the shoes were on your feet honestly dont judge people you dont know personally or meet see 1st hand yourself even then everyone human and makes mistakes i believe everyone at the VERY least deserves a second chance and when it comes to MY life i could care less what anyone thinks says or feels about me except my husband because hes the only one in my house and helping pay my bills !! dont burn bridges you may need to cross again some day i could care less about this show these people because i dont know them but they put themselves on tv and in the public eye soooooo......

I used to LOVE this show. I found the dynamics facinating!! However...about the time they were getting the 2 puppies, something happened...the shows got a bit edgier. There was a sarcasm that I just couldn't watch anymore.

I don't have any idea who cheated or what is going on...but for the sake of the kids, I really hope the show is cancelled and Jon & Kate can go back to being private parents instilling good values in their family.

I've said this before when this has come up here but I would never put myself it the position to start with and I would never, ever, sell my child's privacy for any amount of money. Everything they have is based solely on the fact that they put themselves out there for us to watch. I feel very sorry for their children. All of their "wonderful opportunities" that they "never would have had without the show" were bought and paid for by the children themselves. My husband and I feel fortunate for the opportunities we can provide for our daughter but not one of them would be worth selling her childhood for. I want to protect my daughter as much as I can, not put her to work for me.

what channel does it come on and what time? I saw them a long time ago and really enjoyed them ..then don't know what's going on now.

By the way they behave on the show .. it makes me think they just stay together for the show.

They probably have an arrangement to make it look that they are together for the show.

I really think Kate has burned a lot of bridges, money is not everything. People get sick of her bull, her fake image of being a perfect mom with a perfect life and family.....

I have read a few blogs from people that actually know her and have helped her, who have never gotten thanks or even been acknowledged.

i loved the show around the time it first came out but now i believe their relationship is fake. I do believe all those rumors that Jon cheated...i think they are true and with what aunt jodi said, that kate said its fine as long as he stays on the show and acts 'normal' its all ridiculous. I think kate also has a bf on the side and i believe she has become greedy for money. Jon wanted the show to end and at the beggining she said that if any of the family members ever wanted out that they would stop the show. Not so.. some of the kids have been affected already like mady and cara and dont like the attention and also jon but kate still wants the show to keep going cause of all the money she gets. The show is only on because of the kids, they have made them all that money and i feel sad for them. You can already see in the way some of them act how all the attention is affecting them. They don't know what life is like without cameras. I used to like kate but now not so much.

i agree, i read that and i started laughing. I think her hair looks ridiculous, i hate it. She would look better with longer hair but hey if she likes it then great, however i don't believe everyone 'wants it' Most comments i read about her hair are negative. Now Jen Aniston, i can understand why everyone wanted her hair, her hair is gorgeous.

yea,i dont love how kate is acting either...its getting ridiculous,I used to love her organizational skills and how she cooks organic but her attitude bothers me....did anyone read that People magazine article?She talked crap about Jon...I believe he probably cheated but that was a rough article...

I just have no respect for anyone who sells their kids on television, which is what they're doing, imo. I think it's sick.

You really don't want me to get started on J&K+8! LOL I used to really love this show in the beginning but about the time I started thinking things were looking bad on the show, I discovered this website.... Gosselins Without Pity Reading through all of this could take days but it really is eye opening. I was thinking I was the only one seeing the hatred that Kate has in her but obviously not.

I'll admit, while TLC should be boycotted because of this show, I will continue to watch it. It's like a train wreck, ya know? Just can't help watching it.

haha i kno exactly what you mean...the first seasons were okay until they got famous...then it got crazy...i watched the very first special they did on them before they had the show...i liked that...too bad they couldnt have done like a yearly special becuz I really do love seeing these kids but it has gotten out of hand witht he show and all...you know the twins are old enough to hear what is going on in the news...how are they handling that I wonder??

money is the root of all evil at least that what i have always heard..people especially people in the entertainment business will say anything to make money.
im sure almost alot of what we hear (and not just john and kate + 8) are lies cooked up to make money, pics takin out of contexted and all...then the familiies see an opporuntity to jump in and make a few statements and make some money too...

families can get jealous when they arent the ones making the money

also, someone say they see that or this, for example the guy that owns a radio station of whatever sees kate holding hands with the bodyguard..i didnt see any proof but im sure his rating went up when he said he saw it..doesnt mean its true...

look at those magazines with alien babies, its entertainment..lol

i have only seen the show here and there, i will sit down and watch a few episodies one day and might not watch it again for 2 months im not update with it at all. everyone has faults and we are only seeing what been caught on tape, you dont know how long it took to take the tape, if they had to do the same thing over and over again with 8 kids (8 kids!!) peolpe get frustrated im sure. i have seen kate sound like a "b%$$" a few times who isnt at times?? but there have been times when jon wasnt paying attention too or whatever the case..husbands and wifes are supposed to balance each other out, some times it doesnt come out right and thats the moment that got on tape...know what i mean

ever been caught at the grocery store spanking your child, or fussing at your husband and stand up only to see people starring at you..oops but then its forgotten but for them, someone whipped out a camera phone and sent it into the tabolids who paid them for the piece

Kate is so rude to him that I am in shock that he hasn't punched her right in the face. We call it "Jon and Kate PLUS a date" at my house. I think he probably did cheat, but she is just such a nagging rag that I can hardly blame him!

I can see why they did it in the beginning....8 kids, one income; you would kinda have to. But now it is destroying them. Poor children.

i agree here too...now i think its a lil out of hand but you have to do what you have to to provide for them

Remember we only see what the editors want us to see, just like the news of any war, political events or what have you. They edit to fit their needs.

However, I know both sides of the camera on a couple of TLC shows. It's how the bills get paid in my house.

I will not get into specifics at all. I will say that there is def truth that is coming out in the press surrounding this family.

It's tragic in my eyes. They could not have known what this would do to them as a family and if it were me, I would've consulted the parents of some of the previous multiple births in the news over the years.

People are too quick to jump on the reality show bandwagon and experience the instant fame and bit of fortune it brings.

Can you imagine people being around to witness you at your best/worst on a 6 day/10 hour schedule for up to 42 weeks a year?

That's the real reality.

It is terrible, the whole thing. If they really are having problems, its just so sad. I don't care how bitchy someone thinks she is, I am in DISBELIEF that a woman would say that the husband should have punched her in the face and she deserves to be divorced! Do people NOT understand this is a marriage and a family! Just sick sick sick how people think that children and marriages are disposable. I think this family started out with the best of intentions in the whole thing.
I recently found out my husband and I are having our 7th, and so many people have asked if we are going for our own reality TV show :rolleyes: I always reply NO WAY, those people go through more crap than someone running for office. Someone could show up at my door with a 25 million dollar contract and I would slam the door in their face. Not worth my marriage. I am not like SOME people who think that a husband or wife is disposable.
