| $300 later at the vet... I find out my cat is stressed and should be on anti-anxiety medicine. She's a cat! She sleeps all day and occasionally chases the dogs around! Oh my.

| WOW! How did they come up with that diagnosis. Do they have some kind of kitty stress test? Do your dogs not like the cats and bother her?

| Well she had a UTI a month or so ago and it went away with medicine. She had similar symptoms this past Sunday so we took her back on Monday and she had had xrays and and her urine tested- everything came back fine- no UTI. The vet (who is different than our normal vet because the appt. was last minute) suggests a cat tree, one of those water drinking fountain things, and possibly kitty meds. if it continues.

| Haha, I'm surprised they didn't! That will probably be suggested next time.

| Wow... who knew a cats life could be so stressful! My friends cat was stressed before and she was pulling her fur out and the vet suggested this thing that plugs into the wall to help with stress. It has like a bottle with something in it and it warms it up and emits vapours. No clue what it is but the cat stopped pulling her fur out though and she was stress free. Are you getting a cat tree? You could make one and then it would co ordinate with your home and not look too out of place.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Kitty xanax and perhaps a visit with the kitty shrink. I imagine one of our kitties is stressed....he's the one the dogs hold down and hump. Kitties do not like the humping game.

I had a small one for my cats years ago and they never liked it. Then someone gave me one that stood like 6ft high and they couldn't get enough of that. Who said bigger isn't always better.
