They are not "out" anything. They are likely just going to write off the would-be price of the dog as a business expense and come out smelling like roses in the end.

And stores that make these kind of donations do write off the "retail" value of the dog and any accessories given with the dog... just supporting your argument...

She is not referring to you breaking rules I think she was possibly referring to me questioning were you came from and your motives~~~which you have already explained. I am not sure if I broke any rules either

Furthermore, I believe that I stated the HSUS is working to try and resolve what we all feel is exploitation of MAW on the part of Petland in a calm matter which I personally feel it the best way.

I wasn't referring to any ONE person in particular. Sorry if I made it seem like I was accusing you. It was just the whole vibe in general that was being directed at her in a very confrontational, provocative manner. The "well isn't it convenient that you show up and post now" and "wow you have some nerve coming here and posting" type comments. Especially when she outright said that she too was blindsided by Petland and didn't support them...
