I am sorry to hear that. I lost mine a few years ago after 33 years with no warningm but luckily was able to collect a small pwnsion to help out. You should be entitled to unemployment benefits to help while you find something else. My dtr was just told today that they are cutting her to 20 hours from 4o in the next 2 weeks. I pray this economy turns around fast. I will keep you in my prayers.

I haven't lost my job yet, but I've been laid off since the end of January and things don't seem to be getting much better where I work/worked. I have been there for 8 and a half years.

I just don't think their are many jobs out there to be had and the ones that are have so many people applying for them.

Thank you and I'm very sorry for your situation as well. There really doesn't seem to be alot out there, it's scary, but I'm going to try and stay positive and hopeful for all of us!

Oh I wish I were like you! Change has always been sooo hard for me, I'm not a big risk taker, but now I'm forced into it. So I'm hoping something better will come along!

I've used the word "overwhelmed" quite a bit this week, I've been going through a whole range of emotions, so it's nice to hear a success story and I appreciate the thoughts and prayers! I have told myself that God doesn't give us more, I pray that to be true! Thank You so much!!

Oh wow, 33 years, that had to be really rough! I know how 11 years has been rough for me!
I do get about 4 1/2 months of severance and I know I'm eligible for unemployment after that. I've never collected it in my life and I'm hoping to find something before that, let's hope!
I will keep your daughter in my thoughts and prayers as well!
