YT 2000 Club Member | ok so I took the plunge and bought some organic raw unfiltered acv and I have to tell you its really really gross. lol. However I just read that you are suppose to dilute it in water..(ugh). Yesterday I added 2 tablespoons (what I thought I read you put in a drink) to my water and I drank it, blech. I read on here before I went out and bought it that you can add it to some juice, so I did. But I didnt dilute it any I just added the 2 tablespoons to a small glass of apple juice and drank it. That wasnt too bad, except for the smell. lol. Anyways, am I suppose to dilute it first?? And yes, from what I read it can help with weight loss

| It is supposed to help you lose weight because it helps speed digestion which in turn helps speed your metabolism. Also it's a natural appetite suppressant.

Thanks!! doing it that way does seem to be better than the full 2 tablespoons all at once. I did drink a full 16 ounce bottle of water afterwards. I was thinking to myself the whole time, "how on earth am I suppose to do this every day" lol.

| That is all I eat on my salads, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a little garlic. Put it in a jar and shake real good. Also love to put lemon pepper on the salad. I love the taste of it.

| Just be careful to not drink it straight. Its very harsh and can damage your esophagus, plus it can strip the enamel off your teeth if you take it straight

Thanks.. I did put it some apple juice this morning and then I drank the water afterwards. Im glad I posted about it. I will definitly dilute it next time. I also read that its good for pets and helps with fleas. Have you tried yet with your animals?

| Occasionally I will put a tad bit in their water. I don't have any fleas right now though, so I couldn't tell you how well it works for them.
