Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I have to admit watching Hell's Kitchen can get to me at times. All the yelling and degrading reminds me of growing up and I find myself feeling alot of anxiety. I never watched "Barretta" because of that when it was popular back in the 70's. But hubby loves it and if I need to I just walk away for a bit or get a break from a commercial.

| Besides the news, I used to watch some of "Jon & Kate Plus Eight" and a bit of "Little People Big World" and then there's "American Idol" which I usually save a few episodes at a time to watch in one sitting over the weekend or a quiet weeknight. And this started last summer (before that I hardly watched TV except the occassional Ellen episode, and all of House, of course) when I discovered "Take Home Chef". I LOVE that show except it stopped airing soon after Thanksgiving and I started resenting the hours and hours of Jon & Kate and Little People marathons that took over "Take Home Chef" time slot! So I stopped watching all of them altogether. I guess I'll have to look into subscribing to the US channel I was told it started airing new episodes of Take Home Chef while we aren't getting it on the Canadian ones. Oh, other shows I also watched when it wasn't time for "Take Home Chef" yet were those house hunting and renovating ones. I love Sarah Richardson's Design Inc. (Canadian), Holmes on Homes, Collin & Justin's Home Heist, Kirstie and her partner in the UK, and Sofie's US show. |
