I have to admit watching Hell's Kitchen can get to me at times. All the yelling and degrading reminds me of growing up and I find myself feeling alot of anxiety. I never watched "Barretta" because of that when it was popular back in the 70's. But hubby loves it and if I need to I just walk away for a bit or get a break from a commercial.
