I hope the children are taken care of and if NBC wants to give her a slot on TV it is my sincere wish that all $ made goes into a trust for the children. And that someone competent controls that trust!

It would be a shame for these children to be forgotten in the midst of all the controversy. I don't want the mother rewarded but her babies are innocent and deserve a fair shot at life since they were forced to show up here!

I'm with you Sonya, I was wondering when this would happen....how can they even give a clearly unstable person their own tv show??? She needs mental help not a tv show!!!

It is sad for the children and they deserve a shot at life, but rewarding the mother is exactly her plan in my opinion.

It's usually the crazies that do get the tv shows. I read an article awhile back that said that when they do castings for reality shows, they give the people psychological tests, then pick the most unstable one because they make for the most entertaining because they feed into all the drama. I think it's disgusting personally.

I find it funny though, I heard the interview she did where she clearly says oh I'm not trying to be famous, money is just paper to me, it's funny that people would say that. Then a day later it's reported that she now has a website where she will take donations, and now the reality show...

You know that she's full of it. 14 kids or not...money is NOT "just paper" to anyone -- especially in this economy! and even if she were *rich* it still shouldn't be "just paper" to her -- her children will depend on it to have successful, happy lives. I'm not saying you have to be rich to be happy, but you do need to have adequate food and care!

I don't like her at ALL, but I don't think the children should be punished for her own selfishness. I think either the state needs to step in and take them away or she needs money -- ONLY for her kids. But they can't just shrug it off. SHE doesn't deserve a single dime, but those poor kids do.

The unfortunate part about foster care is that they will more than likely be seperated.

This whole situation is just very tragic, and is the result of a selfish, probably mentally unstable person.

I agree with you 100%!!! I want nothing but the very best outcome for these children. They're innocent to what is going on and to whatever decisions their mother has made. But, at the same time, if they help her, they are just "rewarding bad behavior." It's a real pickle ain't it???

Yeah, it was a couple nights ago, I can't remember the name of the girl who was doing the interview, my mom was watching it and I walked out as she was being asked to comment on all the people who think that she wanted all those kids so she could become famous.

It would be sad if they had to be separated but I think foster care would be their best chance at a normal life, especially after all of the negative attention she has been getting, with the death threats and all.

I think in the long run, these children will be the ones who suffer. I hope not, but I don't see how they can receive the love and attention they deserve from this woman who seems unstable to me.

From what I've read, she seems to have "issues" and I believe invitro was a very selfish thing for her to do.

I personally resent having my tax money go to people like this who show the kind of selfishishness she's shown. However, these poor babies are here now and must be cared for. I think they're about to become another statistic.

I agree 100%, she DID NOT think about the caring and financial responsability that 14 children take..:mad: God bless the babies and help them, they are going to need it.. I do feel so sad for them, how in the world can she take care of them all..? I had 3 and they were almost 4 years appart and still took a LOT out of me.. I can't inmagine 14..

I hope that any donations sent to her will be in trust for the children. Otherwise, people's hard earned money may end up in plastic surgery for her mug, as she so selfishly did before.
Her poor parents must be beside themselves.

I agree...... help the babies...... with the assistance of a state protective service, they should be helped by finding caring, loving, STABLE homes.

Away from a mental, selfish, mother....... who also needs help....... (but NOT financially from tv shows and company product freebies)...... help from a hospital that treats mentally unstable individuals.
