I agree! Her publicist said the same thing on Dr Phil yesterday

I agree too. She has kids and that many, how can she get death threats. Some ppl are just so stupid...i hope the kids are safe.

Did anyone watch this on Dr Phil yesterday. My power went off as soon as it came on and didn't come back on until the last 5 mins. I could have sworn at the end of the show he was urging people to send her donations. Did I see or hear that right?

I didn't see it yesterday, but, they had so much response, that they had a 2nd part to it today. He had a pediatricaian on there, fertility Dr, etc and they all gave their opinions. He did put the website where you can donate money. With the economy like it is, I doubt she will be gettint the help she's asking for. They also asked about plastic surgery, she said she never had any, the plastic surgeon on there said yes, she has had some, chin, nose, lips, etc. and estimated the work shes had done amounts to around $30,000:thumbdown

I just watched the news, and the newscasters and the "experts" they interviewed (sorry, I didn't catch who exactly they were) said something that I find interesting.
They said that the woman was implanted with 8 embryos for each pregnancies, I know that's not something new
BUT... they also said that for a woman under 35 they usually implant 2. They spoke to an "expert" and she said that there is a possibility that the physician implanted such a high number of embryos to boost his numbers.
IF that is true, this woman might have been ill-informed when going into her fertility treatments, just so the doctor could boost his birth numbers. That is sick!!!

I saw Dr. Phil. It looked like he was saying "shame on her" and "shame on the doctors that implanted the embryos" all through the show but a the end it sounded like he was saying it's not the babies' fault so she needs money sent to her to care for them.

I heard that she had only 6 embroys emplanted and 2 split into twins to make 8 babies. They also said that she was implanted for the other kids with 6 embryos and they mostly resulted in one baby but one resulted in twins. They never expected to have more than one baby or possibly twins from this. Did anyone else hear this?

This woman received $165k over 5-6 years from disability.
She gets $490 a month in food stamps. Approx $600x3 a month for her three children who have disabilities and is $50k in debt from student loans!
So what kills me is she actually took part of that money to get this IVF, how stupid and selfish is that? That is taking money right out of the mouths of the children you have! Why would you not use that money for better housing and other needs your children have?
She's also said she plans on supporting her children with her student loans for the next 1-2 years while she completes her master. Give me a break, how are you going to go to school with 14 children? Who will be taking care of them?
The other thing I read this morning, that she seems to be forgetting, she has to PAY BACK these student loans! This isn't a salary, it's a LOAN!
She's single, an only child and the burden she has put on her parents is just overwhelming!
I really can't see how even if she earns her degree that she would ever be able to afford to support 14 children without public assistance.

She will still be on assistance after she gets her degree. On Dr Phil they said the salary for the field she is going into is $40,000. Childcare for her to go to work for 14 kids would eat that alone so I really doubt she ever works while she is raising these kids

Nice to see some kindness in all this,( yes, I know there were a couple others too) death threats does pretty much tell you how much money means to people. That is sicker IMO than how mentally ill this woman is.
Why is this Dr. being so protected in the media and we are not seeing pictures of him all over TV? Possibly a good Beverly Hills lawyer!!

She said herself on dateline the other day, she wanted all the embryos used. I think she knew exactly what was going on. It is also true, that the Dr knew better, he shouldn't have listened to what she wanted, he should have implanted 2 no more than 3 as he's supposed to do. This lady is just a nut job, and shouldn't have any children as far as I'm concerned. She's already been caught lying, saying she never had any plastic surgery. Heck, the one pediatrician said, she should have taken the $30,000 she spent on cosmetic surgery and used it for a bigger place for the kids she already has. Now she's wanting donations, sorry, charity starts at home as far as I'm concerned. She wanted them, she can take care of them herself

Actually, she's getting over $2000 a month for her 3 kids with dissabilities, and it's too early to tell if any of these babies will have problems. Some could end up with cerebral palsy or other things
