| What songs get you pumped for a workout? I need to fill my mp3 player with some faster paced/motivational music for my workout. Anybody have any good suggestions? I like all different kinds of music.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | Crazy in Love by Beyonce! I have more but my iPod is at home. I have a file labeled "treadmill fast" with just these types of songs to get me going. I can't wait to see what others suggest.

| I can't believe this thread- I've been thinking about starting the same one. I watch TV on the treadmill but I know I'd be more pumped and get a better run to music. Thanks for starting this!

| I could actually see myself sing that song out loud in the gym with my headphones on.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | I'll check when I get home tonight what else is on there. Oh just remember...OutKast's Hey Ya! (shake it like a Polaroid picture) is also on my playlist.

| I'm interested to see what others have as their music. I could use some good music to get me motivated. I like All Star by Smash Mouth. There are others too, I just can't remember them right now.

| It's not for everyone, but when I'm running, I listen to a mix of Rage Against the Machine, Prodigy, System of a Down, Godsmack and Rob Zombie/White Zombie. Outside of running, I have a wide variety of all kinds of music I listen to, but I just don't feel all that inspired to exert any physical activity listening to Train or Fleetwood Mac. |

| I love the entire Lady Gaga. So energizing. My favorites are "Just Dance," "Poker Face," and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich."
