well I have a varied mix depending on the workout.....When doing a good workout I like to listen to.... Rammstein, Slipknot ,Nickelback, Dragonforce, Rob Zombie , Metallica . Most times I just pop in the CD because I have the timing down and know when to switch off to another machine based on what song it's on. My elliptical machine music is mostly 80's music ( love power ballads

) and Daughtry.

Yoga is whatever they play while I am there, no idea what it is but it makes me want to sleep

I'm sick of everything on my mp3 player, I need new stuff. But what I listen to is a lot of techno/dance club stuff, some 80's fast paced music, and the typical pop style stuff that is on the radio like lady gaga, black eyed peas... I have some Tila Tequilla, natasha bedingfield, gym class heroes, I can't remember what else I have.

I really like heavy rock music to work out too... like Godsmack, Disturbed, Puddle of Mudd... they keep me going!

I love to work out to Britney Spear's new album, also Lady Gaga's- Just Dance, Poker face, etc, I like fast songs like techno, dance music to work out to.

Thats my iMix its titled "gym tunes", its my mix for getting all worked up : ) There is stuff in there from all kinds of people, stuff I picked and stuff other people suggested.. I made it a couple of years ago and have never needed to change it ; )
